  • Can I reuse the jars?
    Yes! The jars we use can be cleaned and used for various purposes. We always encourage resuing and recycling. We'd love for you to take advantage of our upcycling option. Send us your dirty candle jars, we'll clean and refill them then ship them back to you.
  • What is your return policy?
    We want you to have an enjoyable Aura & Flame experience, each time! If for any reason you are not pleased with your product, PLEASE contact us at auraflamefragrance@gmail.com as soon as possible. We do ask that you assume the return postage. We do not refund but happily exchange for a replacement or store credit.
  • Do you offer custom purchase options?
    Yes, we do. We will gladly pour an order specially designed for you! Please email us at auraflamefragrance@gmail.com to discuss your order.
  • How do I track my order?
    When your order ships, we will send you and email with the carrier and tracking information.
  • Do you offer gift options?
